Due to contracts with our service providers and travel arrangements that need to be made in advance with our Coaching Staff, partial refunds can only be given, if requested in writing and received by our camp office 7 days prior to the camp start date. A written refund request must be sent via email to our camp administrator’s email address at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the camper’s name, camp session, and request for refund, with a stated reason for cancellation and address to send refund.
Each camp has a non-refundable $50 fee that cannot be refunded for any reason.
The health and safety of campers is our primary focus. Our summer 2020 camps are currently scheduled to proceed as planned. Like you, we are continually monitoring COVID-19 developments. If it is determined that our camps should be canceled, we will issue campers a full refund within 48 hours of cancelation (minus Ryzer card processing/convenience fees).
As an added safeguard our event offers Allianz Registration Protection insurance. For an additional fee, this insurance refunds your full registration fee if camp is held but you cannot attend or must leave early due to a covered injury or illness which includes COVID-19. Details can be found here.
